How do I know the traffic I paid for has been delivered? |

We will start your campaign as soon as possible, usually within a days of you placing your order. However, sometimes the huge demand for our service forces us to enter orders into a queue, which fills orders as they are received. If you are a new client for us, you will have to be verified first before we will start your order. Once you are verified, your campaign will start soon afterwards. Upon receipt of your payment, we will also email you a link to the stats of your campaign, so you can see how many visitors are sent each day. |

What are your payment options and conditions? |

Our payment options and terms are as follows:
Only verified, valid clients are able to order traffic from us. New clients have to become verified first before we will start your campaign. If you are a new client, and are not willing to be verified, we wonder why, then don't place an order with us! Due to the recent increase in fraud, we are manually screening every order placed with us. Your ip is being tracked for fraud protection, and we will verify this with you before we place your order, and therefore you must allow us the extra time to process your order. We usually sned an order confirmation with 24hrs of it being placed, so if you don't receive one, please contact us to verify that your order has been approved, and received. We accept payment by Paypal, StormPay, Egold, Check, Money Order, Western Union, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Orders are processed as they are received, and enter the queue when demand for the service increases. |

What is your refund policy? |

Our refund policy is very simple. We issue refunds on a pro-rata basis. Because we have to pay webmasters for traffic that has been delivered, we can only give refunds on traffic that has not been delivered. If we fail to deliver all of your traffic within 30 days of the campaign start date, we will refund a portion of the money that is equivalent to the undelivered traffic. "No" refunds will be issued to those who add popups, virus's, illegal content, music, frame breaking codes, or other forms of content that will interfere with the traffic we are sending. |

How long will it take to receive the visitors? |
| A: |
All visitors are GUARANTEED to be delivered within 30 days or we will refund your money on a pro-rata basis! In fact, most orders are completed and all traffic is delivered within 1 week. Orders are taken in order, and put into a queue. Depending how much, what type, and how many orders there are, will determine the amount of visitors you get on a daily basis. Some days you will only get a few, other days, you will get a lot. Most orders are completed within a week or two, sometimes sooner, but we promise to deliver within the 30 days. |
